Origins Make a Difference Review

I've decided to do my first ever product review.
It's a little exciting and I wouldn't be doing this if I wasn't more than obsessed with this little moisturiser.

Calling it a moisturiser does it no justice. £33 for a tub that will last you months and produce absolute wonders. It's a hydrating treatment that over time gives your skin that glowing, tinted look.

I'm convinced that my body wasn't made for winter, I get the sniffles very easily, have to wear at least 3 layers, even in the house (a student problem) and my skin goes dry from the bitter winds. To tackle my dry winter skin I've tried everything, after way too many facials, dermatologist appointments and online reading I learnt that thick moisturisers are awful for dry, dehydrated skin. They give you black heads and spots as they clog your pores and instead you need a hydrating, thinner moisturiser.

I paraded the shops and brought this tub on a whim, a sweet old lady working on the stand seemed so passionate and was so lovely I couldn't say no. She won my heart!

Anyway, I've forever longed for great glowing skin and I'm slowly getting there, my foundation sits much better on my skin as it is more hydrated and moisturised. This product is my absolute baby. I now use the whole Make a Difference Range but this is a necessity, you can't go wrong.

    1. Thank you Minnie. I do love the 8hour cream! I always use it but only when my skin is bad and not every day, it's a great product X

  6. Your skin certainly looks hydrated and glowing, I may give this a go. I have a problem with face creams as I need one with an SPF (I believe that is the best anti aging ingredient ever invented) and the creams that people seem to rave about don't seem to have an SPF, but my foundation also contains SPF which I put on over my moisturiser so maybe I don't need to worry about it? I need to do a google search as it has been bugging me for a while. Anyway sorry to ramble on haha, thanks for sharing this product review, I like to hear about new skin products.

  18. I absolutely adore Origin's "Super Spot Remover." The tiniest little bottle will last you (hopefully!) for years.

If this moisturizer is anything like that product, I have no doubt it is a winner!

    Thanks for the recommendation!

  19. Thanks for the review Kelly Jade! I always find skin care one of those things that is so hard to be satisfied with. Whenever the seasons change my skin care routine also needs to change. I like what I' m using BUT I probably could find better. I've never actually tired Origin products but I think I should! Thanks! xo

  20. I was staying at a friends house and forgot my face cream, so opted to use hers (which was this cream) and I loved it. it felt so light weight and worked well with the make up I wore on top. Great post.
